Now that you’re in my heart

With Valentine’s day around the corner, I’m taking the month of February to explore different aspects of romance from the bitter to the sweet. Regarding the poem below, while I’m not a native speaker of it, for some reason this poem came to me in Spanish before it came to me in English. With some help from my friend, I edited it to share the text below, but the audio is just in English.
Now that you’re in my heart,
I feel a million beautiful things.
I feel everything more completely--
like the youth of springtime;
the boldness of summer;
the bravery to be different in autumn;
the invitation to rest in winter.
Now that you’re in my heart,
it feels like heaven.
My eyes see, but my mouth is speechless.
My ears hear, but my lips are still.
My mouth tastes, but remains silent.
I feel a million radiant things,
but I don’t have even one word to describe them.
Every word eludes me like light;
abundant around me,
but impossible to hold in my hand.
My heart feels,
but I can’t speak.
Because you are teaching me a language
only the angels know how to sing.
Ahora que estás en mi corazón,
me siento mil cosas lindas.
Me siento todo mas completamente--
Como la juventud de la primavera;
Como la audacia del verano;
Como la valentía para ser diferente en el otoño;
Me siento mil cosas radiantes
pero ni siquiera tengo una palabra para describirlas.
cada palabra se me escapa como la luz;
abundante a mi alrededor,
pero imposible de sostener en mi mano.
Mi corazón se siente,
pero no puede hablar.
Porque me estás enseñando un idioma
que sólo los ángeles saben cantar.
